Pheroze Jeejeebhoy
After graduating from the University of Manitoba and articling at the Ontario Ministry of Health, Pheroze got his call to the bar in 1996. Pheroze has dedicated his professional career to representing individuals and small companies in their quest for justice.
Pheroze has represented his client's interests in the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Canada, The Ontario Superior Court and Ontario Court of Appeal. Pheroze has acted as counsel in matters in Ontario, New Brunswick and Manitoba. Most recently, Pheroze acted for the family of an autistic boy through 136 days of trial in the landmark case Deskin v HMQ. (Indexed as Wynberg v HMQ). With his experience Pheroze adds to Stanley M. Tick & Associates another generation of capable trial counsel.
