Each lawyer and staff member in the office has his/her own high-speed, Microsoft Windows 98-powered computer from Dell Computer Corporation, and each computer is connected to our advanced Local Area Network (LAN). The core of the network is a Compaq Proliant 800 PII advanced file server, running the latest version of Microsoft's Windows NT-Server.
The network allows for the quick and easy exchange of information between firm members and between individuals outside the firm. The sharing of information in this fashion allows us up-to-minute access to all information pertaining to a client's matter and allows activity on a file within a few seconds. It also allows us to service many clients at one time.
The use of high-quality network and workstation software ensures maximum continuous network uptime and continuous tape and optical backup permit reliable protection of client data.
